Ordering
1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired product, and add it to your cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where you will provide your shipping and billing information, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
2. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
You have 4 hours from the moment of successful order placement to request changes (size, color, quantity) or cancel the entire order.
3. Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on our website or the carrier’s website.

2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer a standard shipping fee of $6.99.
Once you add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout, you will be able to select your shipping destination country from the drop-down menu, and the shipping cost will be automatically displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Within the USA, shipping takes 7-12 days, and worldwide shipping takes 10-20 days.
Return & Refund
1. What is your return policy?
At Mutidy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective product due to an error on our part, we offer either a free replacement or a full refund. Replacement/refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item, and the product must be unused and in its original condition.
3. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and process your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Cancellation
1. Will I be charged a fee for cancelling my order?
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it without any cancellation fees. If you contact us after this 4-hour window, your order might have already been processed and therefore cannot be canceled.
