3. Product Pricing and Checkout

The price shown on the product page does not include shipping fees. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total amount at the Cart or Checkout stage. The final price shown at checkout reflects the complete amount payable by you.

Mutidy reserves the right to modify product pricing or available designs at any time without notice.

4. Order Placement and Cancellation

You may purchase products on the Mutidy website using a valid credit/debit cards or PayPal account. You do not need to register for an account to place an order.

Once your order is placed, you may cancel it within four (4) hours by contacting our customer service at [email protected]. After that period, production may have begun, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by you.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe shown in our Shipping Policy. In some cases, shipping may take up to three weeks. We will notify you of any known delays.

All deliveries are made via shipping service providers selected by Mutidy. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and order value and are clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Content Submission (If Applicable)

If you upload artwork or other content to Mutidy, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. However, by doing so, you grant Mutidy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, produce, and sell the products based on your submitted content in accordance with our services.

You warrant that:

  • You own or have the legal right to use the submitted content;
  • Your content does not infringe the intellectual property or rights of any third party;
  • Your content does not contain anything defamatory, obscene, harmful, or unlawful;
  • Your content does not include malicious code or software.

Mutidy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or any applicable law, without notice.

7. Print Variations and Substitutions

All products are printed based on the artwork provided. Slight variations in color, print size, or placement may occur depending on the product’s size and type. Mutidy reserves the right to substitute similar products if original inventory is unavailable. Exact reproduction is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated on our platform, please submit a formal complaint as outlined in our Intellectual Property Policy. Upon receiving a valid claim, we may remove the related product and take further action, including account suspension if necessary.
