To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.


We offer returns and refunds in the following situations:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will promptly send you the correct item or issue a refund.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the unused item within 30 days for a refund. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.


Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please check the product description or contact our customer service team for more information.

  1. Our policy lasts for 30 days since the delivery process is completed. Beyond those 30 days, the order will be considered as being accepted by the customer and no reimbursement may take place.
  2. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery and don’t have any sub-fees, except shipping cost when you send the return package.
  3. If the returned package is damaged or lost during return shipping, we will not be responsible and no refunds will be issued.
  4. Customers must contact the Support Team ahead of time because we cannot be held liable for any unqualified Refund & Return Requests or lost item(s) during the return process.
